This activity validates the status of In-Scope and Planned Projects to obtain the final count at Service Handover. An operational readiness acceptance review must be conducted to obtain an agreement from the Project Delivery Team to ensure smooth handover and on-going execution of the projects after completion of the transition.

Description

The main objective of this activity is to review all in scope projects identified and categorized in the earlier activity and to assess what activities are required prior to finalizing take-on activities.

The WIP Lead should participate in the Operational Readiness Assessment meetings for WIP and planned projects and share the inputs for the overall Operational Readiness Acceptance plan.
